We are extremely proud of the 19 ECD teachers, all sponsored by the Bulungula Incubator, who successfully completed an accredited level 4 ECD training and attended their graduation ceremony in Mthatha. Nine of the teachers are from the 4 preschools that are supported by the BI and the other 10 are from Mdumbi. This training is a formal qualification for ECD practitioners and is also an equivalent of Grade 12 according to the National Qualifications Framework. Now that our practitioners are equipped with skills, we can only go from strength to strength!
